Application Fee and Course Fee

報名費⽤及課程費⽤

Applicants can choose up to three courses, based on their preferences, in each application. An application fee of HK$50 will be charged for each application, and the fee is non-refundable. Successful applicants will only be offered ONE course for each application. If you wish to apply for more than one course, please submit separate applications. Please ensure that you are applying for courses that are suitable for your current grade level. Applicants may apply for one or more courses based on their grade levels and interests. If an applicant chooses only one course and which is eventually not being selected by teacher, the application will be considered as unsuccessful. If the applicant fills in the second and third choices, in case the first choice is unsuccessful, their second and third choices will be considered correspondingly.

Upon selection by teachers, successful applicants will be notified via email from the Academy and will have to settle the course fee within 7 working days of notification. The amount of course fee varies with different courses and is neither refundable nor transferable once it is settled.

申請人於每份報名表最多可按個人意願選擇三個課程。每份報名須繳付HK$50報名費，已繳付的報名費將不獲退還。 如遴選成功，每份報名只會獲其中一個課程取錄。如欲於同期修讀多於一個課程，請提交多份報名申請，並留意各課程的上課日期和時間，避免時間重疊。請選擇適合您現就讀年級的課程。申請人可以根據自己的興趣和年級，在報名表上填寫希望報讀的課程。假如申請人只選擇一個課程，而最終並未獲取錄，則申請將被視為不成功。如果申請人填報了第二和第三課程，老師將按次序考慮其申請。

被取錄的同學將收到由學院所發的確認電郵及相關的繳費通知。有關課程費用可參閱個別課程資料，費用須在收到通知的7個工作天內繳付，已繳付的費用不設退還及轉讓。

課程費⽤減免

Any students currently receiving financial assistance under

1. Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Scheme from Social Welfare Department of HKSAR. or
2. The School Textbook Assistance (TA) Scheme from Student Finance Office of HKSAR or
3. The Student Travel Subsidy (STS) Scheme from Student Finance Office of HKSAR

are eligible to apply for course fee remission.

Students who wish to apply for course fee remission should provide a copy of of CSSA/TA/STS statement on which the applicant’s name & validity date should be shown clearly. The Academy reserves the right to reject the application of course fee remission.

同學如正接受以下計劃提供的經濟援助，可向本學院申請課程費用減免，如下:

1. 綜合社會保障援助(綜援)計劃
2. 學校書簿津貼計劃
3. 學生車船津貼計劃

需提供列有其姓名及有效日期的證明文件副本以供審核。

Application fee and course fee can be paid by credit card or Cheque.
報名及課程費用均只接受以信用卡或支票支付
