    \u70ba\u63a8\u5ee3\u79d1\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\u7406\u5b78\u9662\u65bc2000\u5e7410\u6708\u6210\u7acb\u79d1\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u4fc3\u9032\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e26\u81f4\u529b\u8209\u8fa6\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u578b\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u6d3b\u52d5\u53ca\u8ab2\u7a0b\u4e88\u4e2d\u5b78\u540c\u5b78\u3002\u79d1\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u4fc3\u9032\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u4ea6\u662f\u914d\u5408\u4e2d\u83ef\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u570b\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u628a\u4e2d\u570b\u9999\u6e2f\u767c\u5c55\u6210\u570b\u969b\u5275\u65b0\u79d1\u6280\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

      The Centre for Promoting Science Education (CPSE) is established by the Faculty of Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in October 2000. Breakthroughs in science and technology are built on the basis of a good and solid foundation in science education. Innovations and value-added industries call for a workforce knowledgeable in science and adept in technological know-how. The establishment is in answer to the policy address of the Honourable TUNG Chee Hwa, former Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, for investments in human resources and innovation and technologies in Hong Kong with a view to becoming a leading competitor in the region of South East Asia.<\/p>\n

      Background<\/h3>\n

      The Centre for Promoting Science Education (CPSE) is established by the Faculty of Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in October 2000. Breakthroughs in science and technology are built on the basis of a good and solid foundation in science education. Innovations and value-added industries call for a workforce knowledgeable in science and adept in\u00a0technological know-how.\u00a0The establishment is in answer to the policy address of the Honourable TUNG Chee Hwa, former Chief\u00a0Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, for investments in human resources and innovation and technologies in Hong Kong with a view to becoming a leading competitor in the region of South East Asia.<\/p>\n
